All I have to say is, read the other reviews. They're completely accurate as to how this company works. I rented here for awhile and am glad to be gone. HearUSA has over 200 locations nationwide and with dynamic landing pages for each of their local offices they faced a challenge when it came to optimizing for local SEO. Within 30 days of utilizing their Business Profile Pages as local landing pages, they saw 1st page results on Google and other search engines.

Margaret Polley has NEVER in more than two years answered my call the first time. It usually took 2+ calls before she would call back. Her advertising was limited to a sign in our front yard. She became friends with our tenants and chose to protect their interests over ours. For example, after their initial contact ended, she advised us NOT to charge a premium for having them stay indefinately on a month-to-month contact.
There are plenty of property management companies in Tucson, I suggest you stear clear of Silver Home Rentals and any company that hires Margaret Polley. Silver Home Rentals should be avoided at all cost. Avoid Silver Home Rentals I wouldn’t recommend this company to manage my property. They bring in the rent checks, but that’s it, they didn’t “manage†the property. Their website says they perform “regular inspections†to avoid costly repairs, but I never received any inspection reports. They dealt with me for most of the issues, but when there were disputes, the agent refused to talk to me about it, claiming I wasn’t on the management agreement.
